Advocate Stefano Pavan

Born in Milan on 16 March  1956, Stefano Pavan is married with three children.

He graduated with full marks from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, his thesis being on legal philosophy.

He commenced his professional career with a Milan law firm specialising in Labour Law and subsequently became a partner.

He was admitted to the Milan bar in 1982.

He was in practice with his own law firm, the resources of which, at the beginning of 2006, were merged with the law firm of Studio Legale Daverio & Florio, of which he became a Partner.

During the course of his professional career he has gained considerable experience – both in terms of litigation and in an advisory role – in the field of Labour and Social Security Law.

He has been a member of the Association of Italian Labour Lawyers (the AGI) since 2002.

Since 2006 he has been with Studio Legale Daverio & Florio, and is a partner.

He has published articles on Labour Law in the press and in specialist reviews.

He has lectured at professional development conventions on Labour Law and a member, nominated by the Order of Advocates of Milan, of the Certification Commission of the Provincial Employment Directorate of Milan.
