The law firm of Daverio & Florio specialises in Labour and Social Security Law and provides legal advice and assistance in litigation both in Italy and abroad.

The firm has twenty three advocate lawyers, including the four founding partners Salvatore Florio, Fabrizio Daverio, Bernadina Calafirori and Teresa Florio, two partners in Stefano Pavan and Vincenzo Ferrante and six associates in Maurizio Bertola, Massimiliano Freddi, Antonella Lo Sinno, Francesco Mariani, Stefano Piroso and Pasquale Zumbo in addition to twelve others.

The partners of the firm are members of the AGI, the Association of Italian Labour Lawyers.

The firm has offices in Turin and Rome in addition to the main office in Milan, and works closely with other firms in Italy and abroad.

We have a specific Academic Department, headed by Professor Ferrante, associate professor in Labour Law at the Law Faculty at the Piacenza campus of the Catholic University, who, during 2009 was the author of, amongst other works, the European Employment Code, the first compilation of the most important EU laws on employment.

The firm participates in numerous publishing and training projects and collaborates on the training initiatives of the Order of Accountants and Auditors of Milan.
